The construction is very fascinating, the house is an ancient villa restored with extremely good taste and sobriety, keeping the charm and quality of the material of the original house and modern design.A patio, just outside the property, is furnished with tables, chairs, and umbrellas ideal for taking breakfast while you enjoy the views. A charming roof garden with sofa and cushion.The villa offers 5 bedrooms, all with private baths. Every bedroom with frescos ceiling, sea views and stylish furniture. Each room has Air Conditioning, TV flat screen with SAT.
From the entrance some steps laid down to the ground floor.Cosy living room with sofa and TV Flat with Sat and Home Theatre and a Stereo system BOSE; a small indoor garden and a nice extra bathroom. A door lead out onto the patio.Big modern kitchen equipped with all necessary facilities and utensils for cooking, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer.The kitchen is the perfect stage for cooking courses and the preparation of sophisticated cocktails and dinner.One bedroom with sea view window and private bath with bathtub. This room also access to the main patio.Some steps down you access to the magnificent Indoor Pool with window ceiling, frescos, jets, and chromo therapy . Outside a brand new swimming pool with nicely done garden furniture.
Coming up one floor from the ground, three beautiful double bedrooms are accessible up a flight of steps. Two rooms enjoy en-suite baths, while the third bedroom has its bathroom with a 10 steps corridor.All the bathrooms with nice courtesy kit from Etro and Cotè Bastide.The Villa has direct access from the costal road, is at a walking distance from the local beach with nice restaurant and also the famous night club L’Africana. The Village of Praiano is only 1 km from the house.
