A genuine luxurious Italian villa with a private lake shore line and a landscaped park.Villa Elda is a unique and wonderful villa with a private lake shore line at the gates of Rome.Not only are guests delighted by the exquisite classical interior but they are also very pleased with an extensive park and the beautiful nature all around.Guests feel the wealth atmosphere of the place straight from the outside, thanks to a beautiful fountain, a landscaped park and an impressive façade.
The private villa Elda is very elegant and spacious. Guests can socialize in the two luxurious living rooms.They feel relaxed in the comfortable sofas by the fire place.In the evening, they indulge themselves in the sumptuous dining room over delicious Italian dinners prepared by the local private chef.Aperitivo and al fresco dinners are also easily set up on the huge terrace for guests to enjoy the view of the lake at sunset and under the star.For the maximum convenience, there are two fully-equipped kitchens.
The villa is composed of 4 bedrooms offering a great view of the lake.The master suite is on the ground floor. It has a lavish bathroom with a bath-tub and a shower.Two further en-suite double bedrooms and one twin bedroom for children with a separate bathroom are on the lower ground floor.Time flies at Villa Elda. Guests can spend their day in the property, going back and forth from one of the 2 swimming pools (one indoor and one outdoor), the sauna, the Turkish bath and the wonderful landscaped park.Villa Elda is surrounded by golf courses, one of them being of world championship.Guests enjoy 5* services and amenities during the whole stay.The concierge team pay an extreme attention to details and is available 24 hours for any request.A luxury car, an Audi Q7 is even at guests’ disposal. For those who like flying, a helipad is part of the property and helicopters transportation can be arranged.
Villa Elda is perfectly located, in the lake Bracciano area, to make the most of the pleasure of the Italian countryside while still being close to Rome. This is the ideal place for a getaway in Europe to discover the Italian vineyards but also the art, the architecture and the enthralling history of this rich Mediterranean country. Rome is only 30 minutes away by car and all the best of Tuscany is not more than 1 hour away by car.Thanks to the huge garden and all the modern facilities, romantic weddings and special events can easily be organised in Villa Elda.
